Commercial
Storefront & Building Exteriors
Storefront walls, entries and walkways cleaned around an agreed access and opening schedule.
What we do
Storefronts and commercial exteriors collect cobwebs, spills and organic buildup on walls and walkways. Jackson reviews the finishes, doors, signage, fixtures and pedestrian access before quoting. Sidewalks and building faces may need different treatments.
Entries and walkways
Identify the sidewalks, thresholds and canopy areas to include.
Walls and fixtures
Awnings, signage, finishes and electrical fixtures need to be assessed before cleaning.
Tenant coordination
Discuss operating hours, access restrictions and any shared entrances with the property manager.
Who shows up
Owner-operated, quoted in writing
Send photos of the building front and the areas that need attention, plus opening hours and known leaks. The estimate should define the surfaces, access arrangements and any closures needed; reopening depends on actual site conditions.

Common questions
Will water get into the building?
Jackson reviews doors, seals and known leaks before cleaning. Tell him about any water-entry concerns so access and precautions can be planned.
Are windows included?
Exterior glass may be rinsed as part of the wash. Detailed window cleaning is not offered, and a spot-free finish is not included.
Can the drive-through be included?
Yes. Describe the lane, window and menu-board areas so their surfaces, fixtures and access can be assessed.
How often should cleaning be scheduled?
Foot traffic, food service and actual buildup determine the need. Discuss a schedule that fits the property rather than assuming every storefront needs the same interval.
