What we do
Parking areas collect dirt, gum, spills and organic buildup. Jackson reviews the pavement, drains, traffic and stains before quoting the cleaning. Concrete and asphalt are assessed separately, and older staining or worn pavement may remain visible afterward.

Agree which sections can close and when vehicles need to move.
Stains assessed
Oil and gum may need specific treatment, with results depending on age and pavement condition.
Striping coordination
Cleaning and striping can be quoted together, with drying and reopening times agreed separately.

A property manager can send photos, an approximate area, operating hours and any access restrictions. The written scope should include the areas to be cleaned, runoff arrangements and the planned closures.

Can you clean asphalt and concrete?
Both can be assessed. The pavement’s condition and finish determine whether cleaning is suitable and how it is carried out.
Will oil marks disappear?
Some stains may lighten while leaving a visible mark. The expected result and any specialty treatment should be discussed before work.
Can striping or dumpster pads be included?
Yes. Include them in the request so each scope and its scheduling can be quoted.
