Fuel areas accumulate oil, spills and tracked-in dirt. These are active work areas with sensitive equipment and drainage considerations. Jackson needs to review the site, traffic, stains and permitted wash-water handling before agreeing the cleaning scope.

Common questions
Do the pumps need to close?
The work area must be coordinated with the operator. Which pumps close, and for how long, depends on the site and agreed work plan.
Will the black staining disappear?
Long-standing fuel and oil staining may remain visible. The expected improvement should be discussed before the job.
Where does the wash water go?
That needs a site-specific plan for containment and permitted handling. Drain location alone is not an instruction to discharge wash water.
Are columns and the storefront included?
Ask for each area to be listed in the quote. Canopy access, fixtures, the parking lot and dumpster area may require separate scopes.
