House Washing
Low-pressure cleaning for siding, brick, soffits and eaves. The method is chosen for the material and its condition.
What we do
Green buildup on shaded siding and staining under the eaves can make a house look neglected. Jackson checks the siding, paint, trim, and surrounding landscaping before quoting a soft wash. The cleaning solution and low-pressure rinse are selected for the surfaces being cleaned.
Siding and trim
Vinyl, brick, fiber cement, painted wood and stucco are assessed before cleaning.
Existing conditions
Loose paint, oxidation, damaged seals and other concerns are discussed before the job.
Around the house
Tell Jackson about gardens, ponds, outdoor electrical items and any known leaks so protection and access can be planned.

Common questions
Do I need to be home?
Discuss access when booking. An outside water supply and clear access around the house are needed. Close windows and doors, secure pets, and point out any leaks or fragile areas.
Will cleaning remove loose paint or oxidation?
Cleaning is not paint restoration. Loose paint may lift, and oxidation or faded finishes may remain. Existing conditions need to be reviewed before work starts.
Are gutters and windows included?
Gutter faces and window exteriors are rinsed with the house wash. Gutter debris removal, specialty brightening and detailed window cleaning should not be assumed to be included; check the written scope.
How often should a house be washed?
Shade, tree cover, surface condition and recurring buildup affect the interval. Ask Jackson about the conditions at your property.
