Common questions
Do I need to be home?
Not always. We need an outside water spigot and access around the house. Close your windows and bring pets inside.
Will it remove peeling paint?
No. House washing is cleaning, not painting. Loose paint may come off during the wash.
Are gutters and windows included?
We rinse the gutter faces and windows as part of the wash. Gutter cleanouts are a separate service.
How often should a house be washed?
Many homes need it every year or two. Shady houses may need it more often.
