Residential
Brick, Patios & Hardscape
Brick, stone, flagstone and pavers assessed for the right treatment, including the condition of joints and mortar.
What we do
Brick, natural stone and pavers differ in how they respond to cleaning. Jackson checks the material, existing coatings, mortar and joint condition before choosing a treatment. Organic buildup, mineral deposits and rust are different problems and may require different scopes.
Material-specific treatment
Soft brick, weathered mortar and delicate stone need particular care.
Joint sand considered
Cleaning may remove loose joint sand. Any re-sanding needed should be discussed before work starts.
Stains identified
Mineral haze, rust and other persistent marks may need separate treatment.

Common questions
Will cleaning remove paver sand?
Some loose sand can be removed during cleaning. Ask what re-sanding is needed and whether it is included in the estimate.
Can you clean the brick on my house?
Yes. Brick walls are assessed for the brick, mortar, finish and condition before a cleaning method is chosen.
What about white haze or rust?
Those marks may need a different treatment from dirt or organic buildup. Send photos and ask for the stain treatment to be identified in the quote.
Can the patio and driveway be done together?
Both can be included in one request. The materials and condition determine the treatment for each area.
