Dumpster Pad Cleaning
Dumpster pads, enclosure walls and aprons cleaned to address accumulated grease, food residue and dirt.
What we do
Dumpster areas can collect grease, food residue and tracked-in waste. Jackson assesses the pad, walls, apron, access and drainage before quoting. Cleaning can address residue on those surfaces, but odors may also come from the dumpster contents or other sources.
Agreed surfaces
Identify the pad, enclosure walls, gate area and apron to include.
Access arranged
Coordinate with the waste hauler if the dumpster needs to be emptied or moved.
Runoff considered
The handling of wash water needs to be planned before cleaning begins.
Who shows up
Owner-operated, quoted in writing
Send photos of the enclosure and surrounding area, the type of business and its operating hours. The quote should identify what can be reached, where wash water will be handled and whether a recurring visit is useful.

Common questions
Do you move the dumpster?
No. Arrange any emptying or moving with the hauler. Otherwise, cleaning is limited to accessible areas around it.
Will all odors disappear?
Removing residue can help, but the contents of the dumpster and other sources may continue to produce odors. Complete odor removal is not guaranteed.
Can you work after a restaurant closes?
Ask about availability and coordinate access, the hauler schedule and any neighboring businesses.
How often should the pad be cleaned?
The amount and type of waste, spills and site conditions determine the interval. Discuss a suitable schedule after the area is assessed.
