Residential
Concrete & Driveways
Driveways, sidewalks and walkways cleaned with equipment and pressure suited to the concrete.
What we do
Driveways and walkways collect dirt, organic buildup, tire marks and spills. Jackson checks the finish, condition and visible stains before selecting the treatment and pressure. Surface cleaning covers the main area, with attention to edges and runoff.
Finish and condition
Broom-finished, stamped and exposed-aggregate surfaces require different handling.
Stains assessed
Oil, rust and other non-organic stains may need separate treatment and may not disappear.
Connected surfaces
Include sidewalks, steps and patios in the request so the full area can be quoted.

Common questions
Will oil and rust stains come out?
Results depend on the stain, its age and the surface. Some marks may remain. Ask whether specialty stain treatment is included in the estimate.
Can new or damaged concrete be cleaned?
The age, curing status, coatings and condition need to be checked first. Do not assume every slab can take the same pressure.
Do you seal concrete afterward?
Sealing is not currently offered. If you plan to seal, follow the sealer manufacturer’s preparation and drying requirements.
Can the patio and sidewalk be included?
Yes. Describe all the areas you want cleaned so they can be included in the written estimate.
